Peninsula Clean Energy (PCE) and IDLab have worked closely together to craft and execute a multi-year plan focused on deep community and customer value, tailored services, and furthering trust. At the heart of this effort is a commitment to customer centricity—ensuring that every initiative, service, and communication is designed with the needs and experiences of PCE’s customers in mind. We have conducted in-depth research to better understand customer priorities, refined our messaging to be more transparent and engaging, and introduced personalized support to make clean energy solutions more accessible.

To achieve this, we have repositioned the agency, overhauled core messaging, refined brand expression, rebuilt the social presence, introduced home electrification services, and launched an industry-leading new website that enhances usability and customer engagement. We are currently executing this plan with tremendous early successes, earning praise from customers, the board, and elected officials. One board member remarked, “I’m so seriously impressed with the great job that you and your team have done. … (the) materials are the best that I’ve seen, so congratulations. You have done a GREAT job here.”
